Deja Doc
Sometimes life has reruns.
K did indeed wind up back in the hospital for a while a couple of weeks ago after suffering from several seizures quite suddenly. Since this was the first time she had experienced such an event, the doctors told her she has a seizure disorder, but they can’t officially diagnose epilepsy without follow-up events. Hooray?
We’re back home and all is well now, we’re just trying to fit in the neurologist-prescribed rest & relaxation while we simultaneously have ALL OF THE THINGS happening at once. Shouldn’t be too hard, right?
At least the neurology wing of the hospital had some pretty sweet digs to offset the brutalist, dystopian view:

Well, damn. That’s not fun. Best wishes for…everything to work out in the best possible way.
Oh, man, that sucks. My sister has epilepsy, but manages it with medication very successfully. Hope it’s a similar situation. Feel better!
I send the best wishes possible that everything will work out.
OMG! Hope she’s getting better soon. Hugs
Sh*t… 🙁
Get well soon!!
(and don’t take it as a wish, but as an order : GET WELL SOON, NOW! 😉 )
Poor K. Courage, and I hope you’ll be feeling better soon <3
I’m sorry you’re going through this… I have epilepsy myself, used to work inaneurology clinic, and volunteer with my local epilepsy foundation branch, so if you have any questions I’d be happy to help answer them! I wish I could do more. 🙁
I’m so sorry you had to endure this.
