We found it at a next-door antique store for ~$20 — it’s an old school map from approximately the mid-1800s, judging by all of the outdated place names. Plus, that region is just extremely interesting.
Haha, the TV locker/stand was too neat to pass up. Everything else is just antiques or alley-finds (we live in a neighborhood ripe with awesome crap people just give away).
Oh jeez, it’s probably been over a decade since I bought it by now — it was back when I was in High School. I think, sadly, it was just a random home decor boutique in Delaware, Ohio. I wish I could’ve been more help!
OH MEH GOODNESS! I go to college there!! I know an awesome antique store in the area where you probably got it from actually XD It is called DPS, does that ring a bell?
Haha, small world! I’m pretty sure I’ve been in DPS and it was awesome, but I kind of remember this clock coming from some shop where I had to go upstairs — mostly boutique clothes and jewelry, but they also had a clock for a coffee table.
Panel 2 is how normal people live.
It’s definitely how I live except just after one of my rare thorough cleanings.
Why a map of south asia?

Your clock is wonderful and I covet it.
Where are you’re cats shedding all over everything in the second picture?
*your* (slaps head)
Panel 2 is “clean” in our apartment. 😀
I see that you too decorate with IKEA. <_<

Oh my gosh, I love your clock! It’s so cool! And also your tea set!
With kids, #2 is “clean” (lasts for roughly 3 minutes).
Hey, long time reader; made a post just to ask. Your clock, where’d you find it? I dig the style and I’m trying to redecorate my living space.

It’s no problem! Thank you for your swift reply :).
It’s nice to see that people still hold onto things for the purpose of sentiment and keepsake.
Oh, and congrats on the wedding finalizing! I probably won’t be able to attend, but I do give you the warmest regards!

Oh, just home decor boutique, not antique store lol sorry. Either way, DPS is awesome. If you are ever in the area I would highly recommend it 🙂
